14 egg whites 4-5 medium potatoes 1 1/2 c salsa 1 c shredded cheddar cheese 2 c morningstar farms grillers crumbles 10 large La Tortilla Factory Original Low Carb Tortillas
Scramble egg whites in large sauce pan. When done, pour into large tupperwar bowl. Cut up potatoes into squares and cook over medium heat with crumbles for about 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add potatoes to eggs. Add salsa and cheese to the mix and stir together. Divide mixture among 10 tortillas. I like to make a batch of these and freeze them for a quick breakfast you can just pop in the microwave!
