Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground pork
    1 pkg Taco seasoning
    1 Tbsp flour
    1 - 14 oz can diced tomotoes
    1 cup tomato juice
    1 - 19 oz can kidney beans
    1 - 14 oz can pork & beans in tomato sauce

Directions

1. In a large pot cook ground pork over medium high heat until no longer pink.
2. Add taco seasoning and flour, mix well.
3. Add diced tomatoes and tomato juice. Stir and heat for about 25 minutes until bubling and thickened.
4. Add kidney beans and pork and beans in tomato sauce. Stir, simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.

Makes 8 servings
