A COOKIE for breakfast!
Number of Servings: 60
Ingredients

2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup protein powder
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground mace
1/8 tsp ground cardamom
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup agave
4 egg whites (beaten)
1/2 cup unsulphured black strap molasses
1/2 cup applesauce (unsweetened)
1 tbsp vanilla
2 tbsp low fat, plain yogurt
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 cup slivered almonds
Directions
Cream olive oil and agave together until smooth. Add beaten egg whites. Add molasses, applesauce, vanilla and yogurt. Mix well.
Add raisins, cranberries and almonds. Mix. Add all the dry ingredients. Mix well. Dough should form a ball.
Wrap with plastic and refridgerate for 1-2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Make small balls and place on cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with a fork. bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Makes 5 DOZEN cookies
