Ingredients

    1 15 oz can Black Beans, Drained and rinsed
    1 cup of frozen corn
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 of a large red pepper, chopped
    2 tsp. of olive oil
    3-4 T of KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce

Directions


Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Put in olive oil, peppers and onions. Saute until tender-crisp. Add beans, corn and BBQ sauce (it should just be coated with the BBQ sauce, not floating). Heat gently on low until hot.
