1 egg white, lightly beaten
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
3/4 t. garlic salt
1 1/4 lb Yukon or russet potatoes (about 3 medium), cut into wedges
Combine egg white, cheese and garlic salt.
Add to potatoes; toss to coat.
Spread onto greased baking sheet.
Bake for 35 minutes or until golden and tender.
