Introduction

just a macaroni salad with added ingredients, basically can be a meal in itself.this was made while some male friends were camping and used the ingredients they had to make a meal. just a macaroni salad with added ingredients, basically can be a meal in itself.this was made while some male friends were camping and used the ingredients they had to make a meal.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups elbow macaroni(may substitute favorite type)
    mayonnaise to blend
    1 can of mixed vegetables(i use the type without limas when i can)
    1 can of spam,chopped or diced(your preference)
    canned mushrooms,drained
    salt and pepper to taste,i omit the salt in mine
    onions,chopped(optional)

Directions

makes 8 1/2 cup servings
boil macaroni until desired doneness
drain mushrooms and mixed vegetables.
chop onions
drain and allow to cool the macaroni.
in a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well, salt and pepper to taste,chill and enjoy
