Introduction

I started mixing this up for breakfast for myself and I'm sharing it because it had become a household favorite that has even caught on at work. With just over 300 calories, 20 grams of protein and 9.5 grams of fiber it's not a bad way to start the day! I started mixing this up for breakfast for myself and I'm sharing it because it had become a household favorite that has even caught on at work. With just over 300 calories, 20 grams of protein and 9.5 grams of fiber it's not a bad way to start the day!

Ingredients

    1 Vita Muffin ( I Use Deep Chocolate, but pick your favorite)
    1 Chobani Greek Fat Free Yogurt ( I use vanilla, again, use your favorite)
    1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
    1/2 cup banana, sliced

Directions

Warm the Vita Muffin in a small bowl, add remaining ingredients and enjoy! No really - that's it!

Some people (like me) like to mix everything together, some (like a few co workers) prefer to eat a bite at a time.
