Great to add to a salad, pasta, sandwich, or just munch!

Ingredients

    Aquamar Imitation Crab Meat, 4 cup (1 1.5lb package)
    Onion, Green, .5 cup
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    Mayonnaise, Wegmans Light, 5.28 tbsp (1/3 cup)
    Lemon Juice - .25 cup

Directions

Chop each of the ingredients as fine as you like, then add in the lemon juice and mayonnaise. Stir together and enjoy!

  • I actually bought 1 cup of this at the Supermarket. The only thing different was they added shredded carrots and some niblet corn. I really enjoyed it. - 8/23/09
