Introduction

This makes a lovely crepe or pancake using wheat germ instead of flour. I've had this recipe for years. I make it in a large non-stick skillet, so the cake is extra-thin and crepe-like. To make it more like a typical pancake, use a smaller pan. This makes a lovely crepe or pancake using wheat germ instead of flour. I've had this recipe for years. Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp baking power. Mix into the egg.
    2 TBL wheat germ or bran
    3 TBL water & a dash of vanilla.

Directions

Mix well and pour into hot, 'Pammed' pan. Cover to let rise. Remove lid. Flip & brown uncovered on other side.

Serving for one.
