2 cups butternut squash (cubed)
2 cups sweet potato / yam (cubed)
1 onion (sliced)
enough water to cover the veg.
salt and pepper to taste.
Add enough water to cover the veg.
Bring to boil and simmer until veg are nice and soft.
Blitz up veg with all cooking water - add more water if soup is too thick.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
