Cantaloupe w/Honey and Lime

Introduction

1) Take your medium cantaloupe, halved, seeded and peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes.
2) Whisk together lime juice, honey and mint in a large bowl.
3) Add cantaloupe and toss to coat. Chill for up to 3 hours before serving.
