Introduction

Ingredients

    Trader Joes Organic Wine Vinegar, 1/3 cup
    Raisins, 1 small box (1.5 oz) (remove)
    Stone gound mustard, 1/3 cup
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Fresh milled Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp

Directions

This is just a basic recipe - you can adjust your own olive oil although the recipe would call for 3 times the amount of the vinegar. Mix everything together in a bullet blender.

You can replace raisins with dates, berries, carrots ( replace cinnamon with ginger). Yum!
