Tangy Barbeque Beef

Ingredients

    3 c chopped celery
    1 c chopped onion
    1 c ketchup
    1 c barbeque sauce
    1 c water
    2 T vinegar
    2 T worchestershire sauce
    2 T brown sugar
    1 t chili powder
    1 t salt
    1/2 t pepper
    1/2 t garlic powder
    1 chuck roast (4 lbs.)

Directions

Combine 1st 12 ingredients and put in crock pot; mix well. Add roast and cook on low for 8 hours. Remove roast and shred meat. Return to sauce. Serve on buns. Feeds 12 people.
