Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 12 oz package of frozen Atlantic salmon (thawed)
    1/2 fat free sour cream
    1 TBS dehydrated onion flakes
    2 TBS Dijon mustard
    1 TBS lemon juice
    2 teaspoons garlic powder
    1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Mix sour cream, onion flakes, Dijon mustard & lemon juice in bowl. Dust salmon fillets with garlic powder & black pepper. Dabble the sour cream topping on top salmon and bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees or until fish flakes easily.
