Cheddar Potato Soup

Ingredients

    4 c. boilig water
    4 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. diced carrots
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    16 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
    1 c. margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

Add poatatoes, carrots, celery, onion, salt, and pepper to boilig water. Cover and simmer 10 mintes. DO NOT DRAIN. Make white sauce with margarine flour and milk. Add cheese. Stir until melted. Add bacon, vegetables, and brother. heat through but do not boil.
