Introduction

My family love the buttery flavor of the classic Ritz Cracker Baked Haddock, which calls for 2 sticks of butter. This recipe is an easy way to make this favorite a little bit healthier.

Goes great with rice, any vegetable, and a glass of Pinot Grigio!
My family love the buttery flavor of the classic Ritz Cracker Baked Haddock, which calls for 2 sticks of butter. This recipe is an easy way to make this favorite a little bit healthier.

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1.25 # Haddock
    1 tube Whole Wheat Ritz Crackers - crushed
    1 stick of butter - melted
    1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (can use plain yogurt as well)

Directions

1. Line baking dish with tin foil, arrange haddock in dish.
2. Mix melted butter, yogurt & crushed crackers.
3. Spread cracker mixture over haddock.
4. Bake at 350, for 25 minutes.
