Ingredients

    * Shiitake Mushrooms, 2 cup pieces (remove)
    * Zucchini, 3 cup, sliced (remove)
    * Roma tomatoe, 3 cup (remove)
    * Sun Dried Tomatoes, 1 cup (remove)
    * Oregano, ground, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Basil, 2 tbsp (remove)

Directions

soak mushrooms, chunk up zucchini and tomatoes and add to mushroom that have been soaked in boiling water for 15 min, add sundried tomatoes and seasoning and simmer for 30 min on low.. salt to taste
serves 3
