Low fat, low carb, and easy! Low fat, low carb, and easy!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 chicken breasts
    2 squash
    2 zucchini
    3 cups tomato sauce
    Salt, pepper, garlic to tatse

Directions

Place chicken, tomato sauce, and seasonings in slow cooker. Cook on high 5 hours. Shred chicken and add chopped vegetables. Cook 1 more hour or until vegetables are to desired consistency.
