Introduction

Ingredients

    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Margarine, hard, 1 stick
    Flour, white, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 4 large
    Milk, 1%, 1 cup
    Kraft Jello-o Brand Fat Free Pudding, Vanilla, 1 box
    Whipped topping, frozen, low fat , 2 cups

Directions

bring the water and margarine to a boil. add one cup flour until a ball forms. remove from the heat and beat in 4 eggs. Beat until the dough is stiff
Spoon 24 tbs size balls onto a baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown (30-35 minutes) cool on a cooling rack. Mix milk, cool whip and vanilla pudding. Fill each cooled pastry shell with the pudding mixture. Chill until ready to serve
