IntroductionSimple, fresh and much lower in sugar. Simple, fresh and much lower in sugar.
500 g strawberries
1/2 25 g bag GelFix (preserve thickener)
130 g sugar
2. Mix GelFix with 1 tbsp sugar and then with strawberries.
3. Put mixture in a sause pan and bring to a boil at medium heat.
4. Add the rest of the sugar and boil for 2-3 minutes constantly stirring.
5. Remove from stove and pour into jars.
Serving size is calculated for 1 tbsp preserve.
