Introduction

I used the recipe for Maragria Pie found on the Okios site and reduced the fat with the pie crust and cream cheese. I also used Truvia instead of sugar. Ingredients

    1 reduced fat graham cracker pie crust
    8oz light cream cheese, softened
    1 cup Plain Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt
    1/4 cup Truvia brand sweetner
    1/4 cup liquid margarita mixer, such as Stirrings brand
    1 Tbs. tequila
    1 tsp. kosher gelatin (optional*)
    3 Tbs. fresh lime juice
    1 drop green food coloring (optional)

Directions

In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat cream cheese until soft and smooth. Sprinkle gelatin over lime juice until dissolved. Add sugar, lime juice mixture, mixer and tequila to cream cheese mixture and mix until blended. Add yogurt and mix until just blended. Pour into crust and chill until firm.

*If you prefer a gelatin-free dish, omit gelatin and freeze pie.
