Blender Whole Wheat Pancakes

Introduction

We love these pancakes! After we've eaten our fill I flash freeze the remainder and use them for quick and easy breakfasts. If you have food storage, this is a great way to use some of your wheat! We love these pancakes! After we've eaten our fill I flash freeze the remainder and use them for quick and easy breakfasts. If you have food storage, this is a great way to use some of your wheat!
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 cup whole wheat kernels
    1 cup milk (or 1 cup water + 1/3 cup dry milk)
    2 tbsp oil
    2 eggs
    2 tbsp honey
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 tsp baking powder

Directions

Put wheat and milk in blender. Blend 3 minutes. Add eggs, oil, honey and salt. Blend 30 seconds. Add baking powder and pulse three times. Make pancakes immediately.

Yield 20 pancakes.
