Mango Avocado Salsa

Introduction

Add a couple avodacos to the usual mango recipe. A definate crowd pleaser! Add a couple avodacos to the usual mango recipe. A definate crowd pleaser!

Ingredients

    1 Mango
    2 Avocados
    1/2 bunch of cilantro
    1/2 medium purple onion
    1/2 - 1 tbsp lime juice
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cut mango and avocado into small cubes. Combine with diced onion, chopped cilantro , lime and salt and pepper. You may wish to reduce the amount of lime juice. Serve on fish, tacos, burritos or just as a dip with some blue corn tortilla chips. This recipe makes about about 8-10 servings.
