Creamy Chicken Noodles

Introduction

I put peas & mushrooms in this but they can be subbed for your other fav veg, also onions are great in this dish. I put peas & mushrooms in this but they can be subbed for your other fav veg, also onions are great in this dish.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Chicken 5-6 ounces
    Whole Wheat Wide Noodles
    --- I use Ronzoni
    Nonfat Milk 1/2Cup
    Can of Peas
    --- I use no salt added
    Can of Mushrooms
    98%Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup
    .... the whole can
    98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
    .... the whole can

Directions

Boil Chicken until cooked through, dice or shred chicken, return stock from chicken to a boil and add the noodles. Cook until almost done, drain chicken & noodles. Add them back to the pot, in a seperate bowl mix soups with milk, pour mixture over noodles, add peas & mushrooms. Continue cooking for appx 10 minutes until peas & mushrooms are cooked, stirring often. Can easily be thrown in a crock pot & slow cooked, or put in to a baking dish for a cassarole.
