Salmon Pattie

Ingredients

    1 pkg pink salmon
    1/4 cup soy flour
    1/4 cup shredded cheese (more if you like!)
    1 large egg

Directions

Mix all ingredients and fry in 1 TBSP butter (or your preferred method) until crispy and done! About 5 minutes on each side!
