Cranberry Turkey Breast

Introduction

Tangy and tender! This is wonderful, besides crock pot always makes an easy meal for weeknights! Tangy and tender! This is wonderful, besides crock pot always makes an easy meal for weeknights!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4-5 pound turkey breast
    15 oz whole berry cranberry sauce
    1 envelope Onion Soup Mix
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

Place turkey in crock pot. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over turkey. Cover/cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve juices over sliced turkey. Bake sweet potatoes and steam broccoli for a complete meal. Serves 4 servings at 2 slices or 4-5 oz each. Enjoy!

    Yummy! I cooked it in the oven then thickened the sauce with corn starch and served it over the turkey. - 12/29/09

  • Made this tonight for dinner. WOW, delicious! The meat was sweeter than I expected, but paired great with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Plus, using the crockpot makes it SO easy!
