Pumpkin Bread

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 cup white flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 cups sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 egg
    1/2 cup egg beaters
    1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
    1 - 15 ounce can pumpkin puree
    1/4 cup water

Directions

Preheat oven to 350'. Mix all dry ingredients together. Add the wet ingredients and mix well. Pour into muffin cups or 2 lightly greased bread pans. Bake for 50 - 60 minutes; until a toothpick comes out clean.
