Greek Yogurt Vanilla Smoothie

Introduction

Simple, delicious, not too sweet smoothie. Great source of protein! Simple, delicious, not too sweet smoothie. Great source of protein!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    6 oz. plain, nonfat Greek yogurt (I used Oikos Organic)
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1/2 packet of Classic French Vanilla flavor Carnation Instant Breakfast (or flavor of your choice)
    Handful of ice cubes

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender and pulse until fully combined. Enjoy!
