Introduction

This recipe uses ground chicken.
I also rinsed the beans well before adding them.

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Ground chicken, 4 oz
    1 medium Onion chopped
    5 cloves Garlic
    1 Celery, raw, 1 stalk,
    1/2 cup red bell Peppers chopped
    1/2 cup Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)
    1 can Tomatoes
    2 cups HOME MADE, NO SALT Vegetable Broth
    1 8 oz box Beans, red kidney, drained & rinsed
    1 8 oz box white beans, drained & rinsed

Directions

In a large sauce pan, saute ground chicken, garlic, onion and hot chili pepper if desired, until chicken is cooked and no longer pink. Add bell peppers, canned tomatoes, vegetable broth & beans and mix well.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 2-3 hours.

You can serve over rice if desired.
