High Protein Cheese Egg

Introduction

(Original title, I know!) This is my favourite food for whenever I need a low carb, high protein meal! (Original title, I know!) This is my favourite food for whenever I need a low carb, high protein meal!

Ingredients

    Egg white - 1/4 cup
    Mozzarella Cheese - (I used part skim milk) a couple of pinches
    Milk, nonfat - about 20 grams

    (Optional) Some salt

Directions

Pour the egg white into a microwaveable bowl, then add cheese and milk as you see fit. If you like salty food you can add salt, but since the cheese is there, I don't really find it necessary.

You can stir it or just leave it, I tend to just put it straight into the microwave. Depending on the amount, nuke it for about 1:30 - 2:00 minutes. You might want to be watching it as it turns - my microwave is on the strong side and the food sometimes puffs up way above the bowl!

When it's done, take it out, and enjoy!
