Chicken Curry

Introduction

I used Fireball Freakout from www.Auntiarwenspices.com which was pretty darned hot! I used Fireball Freakout from www.Auntiarwenspices.com which was pretty darned hot!

Ingredients

    chicken, cubed
    olive oil and curry powder
    onions
    celery
    green peppers
    pimentos
    peas

Directions

If you heat the curry powder in the oil before browning the onions and meat, it brings the flavors out even more- which is more important with milder currys. the rest is just stir frying. The cooking time is from how long it takes to cook the rice to go with it.
Serve the peas separately- if you cook them in, they'll get grey.
