Introduction

I was feeling very thirsty and hungry so I thought why not make some kind of fruit water? This was very filling! And high in antioxidants and protein! Ingredients

    frozen fruit -blueberries (1/2 cup), banana (1/3 ripe)
    6 oz. yogurt- any kind you'd like!
    1.5 cups water
    a few ice cubes

Directions

put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
