IntroductionA low calorie, individual sized, substitue for pizza that's packed with fiber, protein and veggies. Use any variation of vegetables that you like and make it different each time! -Whole Wheat Tortillas
-Prego Pasta Sauce (or any your prefer- I use this as it's a lot lower sodium than plain tomato sauce)
-Strips of Green Bell Pepper
-Kraft Free Shredded Mozarella Cheese
Remove from oven, spread pasta sauce to edges. Cut sliced tomato in half slices and place on top of sauce. Continue with adding sliced mushroom and green pepper strips. Distribute shredded cheese to cover pizza.
Put under broiler for approximately 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned. (Some people say this cheese doesn't melt but I put it under the broiler and have no issues with it)
Can also add Boca Crumbles for added protein and additional variation, however it will adjust nutritional/calorie content.
