Ingredients

    beat the eggs and add to the meat
    finely chop onion and celery
    garlic press the garlic
    add seasonings - garlic salt, celery salt, onion salt, italian seasoning
    add panko and mix together with your hands

    put in casserole dish and spoon and smooth over the ketchup on top - bake at 350 until done - 40-60 minutes

    butter the bottom of casserole dish

Directions

bake for 40 -60 minutes or until done - pulls away from sides
