Ingredients

8 oz. Grilled Sirloin Steak
1 Tbsp of Garlic & Herb Seasoning
2 c. each shredded, Romaine & Red Leaf Lettuce
1 oz/ 1/4 c.. Low Fat or Fat Free Feta Cheese
1Tbsp. finely chopped Red Onion
2 finely chopped Romaine Tomatoes
8 finely chopped Black Olives
Greek Dressing of Choice
Directions
Prepare Steak prior to grilling with 1 Tbsp of Garlic & Herb Seasoning. Place into Ziploc Bag & close, shaking to coat steak. Let get room temp. prior to grilling to prevent toughness.
Heat grill & in mean time shred the Lettuce, mince tomatoes, red onion & olives to almost fine & toss vegetables together in large bowl. Add the Feta & Greek Dressing tossing again to evenly coat ingredients.
Grill steak to desired doneness. Slice thinly across the grain & lay on plates toped with the tossed Salad. Additonal Feta may be added.
