Pork Fried Rice with Veggies

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    *Brown Rice, long grain, 4 cup
    Wild Rice, 1 cup
    Pork Tenderloin, 8 oz
    *Green Giant Fresh Baby Cut Carrots, 16 oz
    *Snap peas, 2 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, slices
    *Oyster Sauce, 4 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 6 tbsp (give or take)
    2 Tsp Garlic, minced

Directions

Put the carrots and peas in a microwave safe bowl, cover with plastic wrap and microwave for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile heat a little olive oil in a nonstick pan and saute the mushroom slices and the garlic together.
When the microwave gets done, add the peas and carrots to the muchrooms, drizzle with the oyster sauce and toss to coat.
Set aside in a bowl.
Add a little more olive oil to the pan and add in your rice and chopped pork... toss until heated through, Add to veggies, mix well and serve.
