Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cups frozen corn
    1 cup cottage cheese, undrained

Directions

Put frozen corn into a saucepan with 1/2 cup water. Cook through. Drain corn and put half of the corn into a blender along with the cottage cheese (corn is still hot). Blend till smooth. Pour the mixture into the other half of drained corn back in the saucepan. Cook and stir until the cheese is all melted and it looks like the cream corn you know and love. Enjoy!

My 2 year old LOOOOVES this recipe! I also make it for company. Everyone loves it!
