Chicken and Rice

Ingredients

    1 cup Brown Rice
    1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    1 can chicken gumbo soup
    1 can water
    3 chicken breasts pieced
    1 pkg frozen mixed veggi's
    1 pkg dry liption onionsoup

Directions

in 9 by 13 inch casserole dish mix rice, soups, water veggies and half the liption onion soup mix. Lay chicken pieces on top, sprinkle with remaining dry soup mix. Cook at 350 for 90 min. Makes 4 servings.
