Ritz Cracker Chicken

Ritz Cracker Chicken

Introduction

Yummy food for any age! Yummy food for any age!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
    2 Cups Plain Fat-Free Yogurt
    1 Package of Ritz Crackers
    1 Tsp Garlic Salt
    1 Tsp Seasoning Salt
    1/2 cube Butter [optional]
    2 Tbsp Parmesean Cheese [optional]

Directions

-Preheat oven to 350*F
-Line 9x13 dish with aluminum foil for easier clean-up
-Combine all dry ingredients in ziplock bag and crush the crackers until they are crumbly. Pour crumbled ingredients into a medium bowl.
-Dip each individual piece of chicken into yogurt and then the crumbled mixture of crackers until they are completely covered.
- Place chicken in baking dish
-Once chicken is in the dish, pour the half-cube of butter over chicken.

-Bake at 350*F for 35 minutes.
-Makes 6 servings [each piece of chicken being a single serving.]
