Summer Vegetable Ball

Introduction

Place soften cream cheese in large bowl
add:
1/4 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp garlic pwd
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup grated broccoli
1/2 cup grated cauliflower
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/4 cup grated radish
mix all ingridents together with your hands, when well mixed form into ball and set aside.
Combine
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh spinach
Roll vegetable ball in spinach and sunflower seeds.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill 2 hours.
Cut up some celery sticks, sliced red and green peppers and cucumber slices to dip into ball. Eat and enjoy
Very easy to make, filling and low in calories. Great for a hot summer evening.
(You can add or subract amount of seasonings according to your personal likes and dislikes)
