Home made Lasagna

Ingredients

    93% Lean Ground Beef, 3 lbs
    Sargento Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese 2% milk, 16 ozs
    Spartan Enriched lasagna Noodles 100%durum semolina, 1 16 oz box
    Spartan part skim mozzarella cheese, 2 8oz bars
    Garden Rite Mushrooms, 4 4oz cans
    Spartan mushroom pasta sauce, 2 26 oz jars
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped

Directions

Perpare the noodles as directed. Cook the ground beef and onions while the noodles are cooking. Once the noodles are done drain them and your ready to go. Put a layer of sauce on the bottom of the pan. Next a layer of noodles and then meat and mushroom and cheese. Repeat this till you have heve used up the noodles. On the top to finish you will put the bar cheese on the top. The mozzarella cheese will be sliced into thin slices. Season the ground beef to you liking.
Preheat oven at 350 and cook it for 40 to 45 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown. Severs 24 servings
