Easy Asian Chicken

Ingredients

    2 pkg chicken flavor instant ramen noodles
    1 pkg (10oz) frozen broccoli florets, thawed
    1/2 cup frozen carrots, thawed
    1 lb chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
    1.5 tablespoon olive oil
    1/4 cup stir-fry sauce

Directions

Remove seasoning packets from noodles. Reserve one packet for another use. Bring 4 cups water to a boil in large saucepan. Add noodles, broccoli and carrots. Cook over med-high heat 5 mins, stirring occasionally; drain. Heat oil in wok or large nonstick skillet over med-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry about 8 mins or until browned. Stir in noodle mixture, stir-fry sauce and one seasoning packet; cook until heated throught.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
