Rice pudding with cinnamon & raisins

Ingredients

    3 cups cooked rice
    4 cups skim milk
    1 cup raisins
    Cinnamon & Splenda to taste

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together in baking dish, put on cover.
2. Cook in 250 F oven for 1 hour.

Serve hot or cold.

Makes 6 servings.
