1 Lb Bulk Sausage (uncooked weight)
12 Large Eggs
10 Oz. Pkg Chopped Broccoli, thawed
8 Oz. Croutons
2 Cups 1% Milk
1 Cup Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Spread the croutons on the bottom of a 8x12 pan sprayed with non-cooking spray. Layer the cooked sausage and thawed broccoli on top of the croutons. Sprinkle 1/2 C of the cheese on top of the sausage and broccoli.
Blend the eggs and milk together and pour evenly over other ingredients. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 C of cheese on top. Cover and refridgerate overnight.
Bake at 250 degress for 30-40 minues or until set.
Yield 12 servings.
