Ingredients

    chuck beef
    red wine
    vidalia onion
    potato
    corn
    green beans

Directions

brown meat. cook onions in same pan once meat is removed. glaze with wine. (cook meat in oil to prevent from sticking)

put meat and onions in crock pot. allow to cook overnight over low. next day add additional ingredients. (can use can potatoes) let cook until potatoes are done or until ingredients are warmed.
