Heather's Famous Guacamole (1/4 c. srv)

Ingredients

    1 ripe haas avocado
    1/3 cup red onion chopped fine
    1 jalapeno chopped fine
    1 tbsp lite mayo
    spash fresh lemon juice
    cayenne pepper to taste

Directions

mash the avocado, combine wtih remaining ingredients, you can skip the mayo if you like. Do not add the cayenne until you taste first. If you want more heat - add it to taste.

Chill. Makes 4 servings appx. 1/4 cup each.

TIP: laying saran directly on top of the dip will inhibit browning if you are making this a day ahead. Just mix well before serving.
