IntroductionRoasted asparagus with balsamic and Parmesan Roasted asparagus with balsamic and Parmesan
3/4 lb asparagus spears
1 1/2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Spray small baking sheet with cooking spray. Arrange asparagus in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil and garlic and mix with your hand to coat.
Roast for 12 to 15 minutes.
Put on serving plate and sprinkle with vinegar, salt, pepper and Parmesan.
Feta works nicely for this dish as well.
