Introduction

My dad used to make tuna cakes all of the time, then I moved out, so I had to make them for myself. However, All I had was a recipe for 6-8 people, but I'm only cooking for 1, so I revised the recipe and here it is. Ingredients

    1/4 cup canned tuna in water.
    2 Tbs old fashioned, quick cooking oats.
    1 egg white
    1/2 tablespood dehydrated onion flakes
    1/2 teaspoon garlic

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Spray pan with cooking spray. Heat pan. Form mixture into patty. Cook each side for about 2-3 minutes
