Introduction

This is one of those dinners that alleviates my cravings for pizza and pasta all at the same time! This is one of those dinners that alleviates my cravings for pizza and pasta all at the same time!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    * Flat Out Flatbread - Multi-Grain w/ Flax, 1 serving (remove)
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 slice, medium (1/4" thick) (remove)
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    * *Hot Chili Peppers, .5 pepper (remove)
    * *Pesto Sauce, 0.25 cup (remove)
    * *Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese, 0.25 cup (remove)
    * Basil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Spread pesto on the flatbread. Layer tomato slices, mushroom slices, and chopped red peppers over the top, then sprinkle on cheese and herbs.

3. Bake for 15 minutes, 20 for an extra-crispy crust.
