Camie's Mexican Lasagna

Ingredients

    1lb ground beef
    1 4.5 oz can chopped green chiles
    1 15oz can black beans
    1 15 oz can chili beans
    1 tsp minced onion

    1 tsp minced Jalapeno
    1 tsp minced garlic
    4 oz sour cream
    4 oz mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp cumin
    1/4 tsp chili powder
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cheddar cheese soup
    1 1/2 c milk

    10 oz shredded cheddar cheese
    20 corn tortillas

Directions

brown ground beef with onion and green chiles after draining add both cans of beans. Set aside

While the beef is browning mix remaining ingredients except for the cheese and tortillas

oil a 13x9" pan and put a layer of corn tortillas on the bottom, you may want to cut some of them so they fit well, then add some of the beef mixture, sprinkle with cheese and then top with some sauce, repeat one more time. Top with a layer of tortillas and cover with sauce.

Cook 350 for 45 min or until bubbly. Top with a sprinkle of cheese and let stand 10 min before serving

makes about 10 1.5 cup servings
